In re: Welded, Construction, L.P., Case No. 18-12378 (KG)

LRC serves as conflict counsel to Welded Construction, L.P. and its affiliate (“Welded”) during Welded’s bankruptcy cases.  Welded is a mainline pipe construction contractor involved in various oil and gas pipeline construction and repair projects throughout the nation.  LRC advised the Debtors with respect to various contracts with some of the Debtors’ largest creditors, negotiated with creditors and prosecuted actions on behalf of the Debtors, which resulted in the court-approved settlement of more than $50 million in potential claims for work performed by subcontractors.  The settlement avoided costly, time-consuming litigation and allowed for the satisfaction of significant claims against the Debtors’ estates on a truncated timeline.
