Howard concentrates his practice in the areas of Corporate Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Bankruptcy Litigation and Corporate Litigation.
Howard is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania and serves as the 2021-2022 Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Bankruptcy Law Committee. Graduating from Rutgers Law School, where he was enrolled in the dual JD/MBA program, Howard focused on corporate and business law, completing the Rutgers Corporate and Business Law Certificate Program. He graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers School of Business – Camden with a Master of Business Administration. While attending Rutgers, Howard interned at the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and clerked at a law firm in Woodbury, New Jersey. He also served as a research assistant for Professor Arthur B. Laby, Co-Director of the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance.
