In re: ONE Aviation, Case No.18-12309 (CSS)

LRC serves as co-counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of ONE Aviation Corporation, et al. (the “Committee”) with Lowenstein Sandler LLP for the bankruptcy cases of ONE Aviation Corporation and its affiliates (“One Aviation”).  Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, One Aviation is an aerospace company that develops and manufactures twin-engine light jet aircraft targeted at the corporate, aircraft charter, and private aviation markets.  Among other things, LRC advised the Committee on the “first day” motions filed by ONE Aviation including objecting to ONE Aviation’s motion to obtain debtor-in-possession financing.  In addition, LRC has been closely involved in advising and representing the Committee with respect to ONE Aviation’s proposed joint chapter 11 plan of reorganization and, in connection with plan process, the Committee successfully sought reconsideration and modification of the plan solicitation order.
