Landis Rath & Cobb LLP successfully represented plaintiff Lendlease Americas Inc. in obtaining a temporary restraining order enjoining the contemplated sale of a telecommunications tower business from an entity owned by Apollo Global Management, Inc. to an entity owned by Palistar Capital LP.
