In re: Tribune Company, et al., Case No. 08-13141 (KJC)

LRC, as co-counsel with Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Zuckerman Spaederman LLP (as special counsel to the committee), represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in the chapter 11 proceedings of Tribune Company and certain of its affiliates (“Tribune”).  Tribune was the largest employee-owned media and entertainment company, reaching more than 80% of U.S. households through its media offerings.  LRC advised the Committee in all aspects of the Debtors’ cases, including the contested confirmation of the plan of reorganization, as well as litigation brought by the committee on behalf of the Debtors, and post-confirmation issues.
