In re: iBAHN Corporation, et al., Case No. 13-12285 (PJW)

LRC served as bankruptcy counsel, assisting Knobbe, Martens, Olsen & Bear, LLP as patent litigation counsel to Nomadix in the iBAHN bankruptcy proceeding in protecting and enforcing patent infringement rights and claims for pre-and post-petition patent infringement by the debtors. A provider of wireless internet access to the hospitality industry, iBAHN filed for bankruptcy on September 6, 2013 and sold substantially all of its assets to Guest-Tek, LTD in February 2014. LRC has advised Nomadix in connection with its bankruptcy rights relating to multi-million dollar pre- and post-petition infringement claims and litigations, and in liquidating and settling a portion of its claims against the debtor.
