LRC advised the Examiner and his professionals in connection with his investigation into (1) whether and to what extent, if any, one of the Debtor’s former directors, or any entity he directly or indirectly controls, had the ability to direct and/or influence the conduct, decisions or actions taken by the Debtor in the bankruptcy case; (2) whether the Debtor, or any current or past officer, director or representative of the Debtor, participated in any alleged fraud involving the former director and entities, directly or indirectly controlled by him and (3) potential causes of action the Debtor’s estate may have in connection with such activities, including any allegations of fraud, dishonesty, incompetence, misconduct, mismanagement, or irregularity related to action of the former director, his other company and/or any of their affiliates. The Examiner issued his report on February 20, 2019, which can be found here.
