Rath named to Delaware Super Lawyers; O’Connell as a Rising Star

LRC partners Dan Rath and Tyler O’Connell have been named to the 2014 lists of Delaware Super Lawyers and Rising Stars.

Rath, a founding partner of the firm, was once again named to the list in the practice area of business litigation. O’Connell was named as a “Rising Star” in business litigation.

Delaware Super Lawyers is a listing of the top five percent of lawyers in the state who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Rising Stars recognizes outstanding attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
