Landis Rath & Cobb Welcomes New Associates Joshua B. Brooks and George A. Williams III

Landis Rath & Cobb LLP is pleased to welcome Joshua B. Brooks and George A. Williams III as associates in our Bankruptcy and Corporate Litigation practice groups.

Prior to joining LRC, Josh advised future claimants’ representatives in several mass tort bankruptcies, assisted with corporate and commercial litigation, and investigated potential claims against corporate officers and directors on behalf of special investigation committees.  Josh is a graduate of the Widener University Delaware Law School and earned a B.S. from Wilmington University.  He is admitted to the practice of law in Delaware and Maryland.

Prior to joining LRC, George represented litigants in commercial disputes in many of Delaware’s state courts and administrative bodies.  George is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh School of Law and earned a B.S. from Wilmington University.  He is admitted to the practice of law in Delaware.
