LRC provided counsel related to the C&S/SEG supply agreement, secured financing provided by C&S, and SEG’s restructuring process. Richard Cobb, Matthew McGuire and Kerri Mumford led the LRC team in this matter.

C&S is the largest wholesale grocery supply company in the U.S. and the lead supply chain company in the food industry. Currently, C&S serves about 6,500 stores from more than 50 locations in 15 states.
