Kim Brown to present at IWIRC Annual Spring Conference

LRC Associate Kimberly Brown, who serves as the Delaware Chapter chair of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), will be a presenter at the upcoming IWIRC Annual Spring Conference, taking place April 18-19, 2018 at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, DC.

Kim will serve as the moderator for a continuing legal education (CLE) program, entitled, Please, Please Release Me!: A Discussion of Third-Party Release Matters. Program panelists will include: Kelley A. Cornish, Paul Weiss; Karen Fellowes, DLA Piper; and the Hon. Kevin R. Huennekens, U.S. Bankruptcy Court (EDVA).
