Kim Brown Elected Chair of the IWIRC Delaware Network

Senior Associate Kimberly Brown has been elected chair of the Delaware Network of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).

IWIRC is a professional association that is committed to the connection, promotion and success of women in the insolvency and restructuring profession worldwide.  Its membership includes more than 1,200 attorneys, bankers, corporate-turnaround professionals, financial advisors and other restructuring practitioners.
