Kerri Mumford Reappointed as a Director at Large for the IWIRC’s 2018-2020 Term
LRC Partner Kerri Mumford was recently reappointed to the Board of Directors of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) as a Director at Large for a two-year term.
IWIRC, the premier international, networking and professional growth organization for women in the restructuring and insolvency industries, recently announced the launch of a 45th regional network. Now in its 20th year, IWIRC’s global membership has more than 1,200 attorneys, bankers, corporate-turnaround professionals, financial advisors and other restructuring practitioners.
Kerri concentrates her practice in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. She has served in leadership positions for IWIRC’s Delaware chapter, including chair in 2010. Her newly appointed two-year term runs through October 2020.
