Jim Green, Tyler O’Connell Named New Partners at Landis Rath & Cobb
Wilmington, DE (January 14, 2015): Landis Rath & Cobb LLP is pleased to announce that James S. Green Jr. and K. Tyler O’Connell have been elected partners at the firm.

Jim concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy and business litigation. He is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and earned a B.A. from Gettysburg College. Jim actively participates in the American Bankruptcy Institute, Litigation Section; the American Bar Association, Business Litigation Section; as well as the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court.
Tyler focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation and counseling. He is a graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law and earned a B.A. from Davidson College. Recently recognized as a Rising Star by Delaware Super Lawyers, Tyler is active in the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section, where he is the current Chair of a subcommittee on corporate counseling and litigation and the Co-Vice Chair of a task force on the governance of financially distressed entities.
