In re: Tri-Valley Corporation, et al., Case No. 12-12291 (MFW)

LRC, as co-counsel with K&L Gates LLP, represented Tri-Valley Corporation (“Tri-Valley”) in its chapter 11 case in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Tri-Valley is a crude oil and natural gas, exploration, development and production company in California.  LRC advised in all aspects of its bankruptcy, including the marketing of its assets and complex and extensive litigation with the equity owners of Debtor TVC Opus I Drilling Program, L.P., its secured creditor, C. Thomas Gamble and The George Gamble 1991 Trust and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors.  LRC negotiated several asset purchase agreements with three separate buyers that collectively resulted in the sale of substantially all of the Debtors’ assets.
