In re: Gibson Brands, Inc., et al., Case No. 18-11025 (CSS)

LRC serves as co-counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Gibson Brands, Inc., et al. (the “Committee”) with Lowenstein Sandler LLP for the bankruptcy cases of Gibson Brands, Inc. and its affiliates (“Gibson”). Gibson is an international manufacturer of musical instruments and professional audio equipment based in Nashville, Tennessee.  LRC has been closely involved in advising and representing the Committee with respect to (1) Gibson’s “first day” motions, (2) objecting to certain motions filed by Gibson including Gibson’s request for final approval of its debtor-in-possession financing facility, and (3) negotiations with respect to Gibson’s proposed joint chapter 11 plan of reorganization.
