Soumya’s practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions and bankruptcy proceedings. Before joining Landis Rath & Cobb, Soumya was an associate at another Delaware law firm, where she gained significant experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
Soumya graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2023. During law school, she was a member of Temple Law Review and was the recipient of a Beasley Scholarship, which is awarded based on academic excellence. Soumya is a 2018 graduate of Bryn Mawr College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a Minor in Fine Arts (Drawing).
Soumya is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
