Practice Areas: Corporate Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Bankruptcy Litigation

As an attorney in the firm’s corporate bankruptcy and restructuring practice, Liz represents debtors, creditors, and other parties in Chapter 11 cases and complex insolvency matters in and out of court. Prior to joining the firm, Liz was an associate at a national firm where she represented foreign liquidators and creditors in U.S. and cross-border bankruptcy proceedings.

Liz graduated from Georgetown University Law Center where she focused on cross-border commercial practice. After law school, Liz served as a law clerk to the Hon. Guy R. Humphrey on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Liz is admitted to practice in Delaware and New York.
