Adam Landis and Kimberly Brown to Present at ABI’s 15th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop

LRC co-founding partner Adam Landis and associate Kimberly Brown have been selected as panelists for programs at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 15th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop, taking place August 1-3, 2019 at the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

From 8-9 am on Friday, August 2, Adam will present a plenary session on “Tips for Building Your Practice, Branding Yourself and Becoming a Happier Restructuring Professional along the Way.”

Kim will be a panelist on “Bankruptcy Trends: Contracts and Plans,” which will discuss general bond issues, substantive consolidation, recent changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and bankruptcy holdouts. The panel discussion will take place on August 2, from 9:15-10:30 am. Her presentation will include a discussion of recent trends in contracts, liquidation and reorganization.
