ABI’s Delaware Views from the Bench Returns to Wilmington
The American Bankruptcy Institute returns to Wilmington on November 23, 2015 for Delaware Views from the Bench, a joint program in conjunction with the Delaware State Bar Association. This program allows attendees to gain new perspectives as the judges of the Delaware bankruptcy and federal appellate benches join some of the nation’s leading bankruptcy practitioners to offer their unique insights on hot-button issues.
LRC partner Adam Landis leads off the days’ programming as moderator for Bankruptcy Litigation: Emerging Tactics and the Do’s and Don’ts. The panel will delve into the tactics being employed in complex cases and include observations from the judicial panelists on what is and is not effective in persuading courts in Delaware.
Joining Adam on the panel are the Hon. Laurie Selber Silverstein and Hon. Leonard P. Stark; attorneys David M. Hillman of Schulte Roth & Zabel, J. Christopher Shore of White & Case, and Robert J. Stark of Brown Rudnick.
Partner Kerri Mumford serves on the conference’s Advisory Committee. LRC is proud to serve as a sponsor of the event, which takes place at the Hotel Du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware.
