Mumford presents on “Reading Between the Lines: Writing-Based Focus (Drafting Agreements)” at ABI Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop

Partner Kerri Mumford will be a presenting panelist on “Reading Between the Lines: Writing-Based Focus (Drafting Agreements)” at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop, taking place on August 7, 2015 at the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The panel will focus on planning and drafting agreements, best practices, avoiding common pitfalls, and successful strategies and approaches.

Moderated by Louis Ebert of Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, the panel also includes Stephen Miller of Morris James, Joel Sher of Shapiro Sher and Matthew Ward of Womble Carlyle.
