Landis Rath & Cobb is pleased to welcome Colin R. Robinson as a partner. Colin practices in Corporate Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Bankruptcy Litigation, and Corporate Litigation, representing a broad range of stakeholders in chapter 7, 11, and 15 bankruptcy proceedings, related litigation, and appeals.

Colin is an active leader in the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), serving as an officer of the Philadelphia/Wilmington Chapter and co-chair of the TMA Mid-Atlantic Regional Symposium. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania and his juris doctorate from Temple University’s James A. Beasley School of Law. Colin is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
