Cliff is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he distinguished himself in multiple honor societies and competitions. His accolades include the Above and Beyond Award from the Delaware Law Moot Court Honor Society, the Peter I. Tsoflias Award for Most Outstanding Member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, and being a Finalist in the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare & Adoption Law.

During law school, Cliff was heavily involved in the Delaware legal community. He served as the Web Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, publishing a notable article on stockholder rights and corporate governance. He completed externships with the Superior Court of Delaware under Judge Eric M. Davis and worked as a summer associate for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. Cliff also gained significant experience at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and Geragos & Geragos, handling both civil and criminal matters.

Following his graduation, Cliff clerked for the Honorable Robert H. Robinson, Jr. of the Superior Court of Delaware, drafting opinions and researching complex legal issues. He remains actively engaged in the Delaware legal community, serving as the Technology Editor for the Delaware Law Review and is involved with the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court. Cliff has also represented the Superior Court of Delaware law clerks on a panel at Wilmington University School of Law, providing insights into law school and legal careers to the law school’s inaugural class.

Cliff holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College, where he was a member of the Student Government Association and received the Inaugural President’s Award from the Department of Athletics.
