Landis Rath & Cobb LLP has been selected as Delaware counsel to represent the Committee for aircraft manufacturer ONE Aviation Corporation in their recent Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. LRC is working with Lowenstein Sandler LLP on the matter.

ONE Aviation, the parent organization of Eclipse Aerospace and Kestrel Aircraft, is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The aircraft manufacturer markets, produces, and delivers the Eclipse Aerospace line of aircraft, including the Eclipse 550 and Eclipse SE jets, as it continues to further the development of the Kestrel aircraft.
