Landis Rath & Cobb Recently Represented SUPERVALU, INC. in a Significant Acquisition in the Central Grocers, Inc. Bankruptcy Proceeding Pending in the Northern District of Illinois

As the successful bidder at a bankruptcy court approved auction, SUPERVALU acquired Central’s nearly 1 million square foot distribution facility located in Joliet, IL for approximately $61 million. Richard Cobb and Kerri Mumford led the LRC team in this matter.
