Kerri Mumford Appointed to IWIRC 2017-18 Board of Directors

Wilmington, DE (September 12, 2017): LRC Partner Kerri Mumford has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).

IWIRC, the premier international, networking and professional growth organization for women in the restructuring and insolvency industries, announced the 2017-18 slate today.

“We are pleased to announce our newly elected and appointed incoming Board of Directors, who will continue to guide and grow the organization,” said Nancy Valentine, IWIRC Chair. “The composition of the Board speaks to the depth and expertise of our membership base and we look forward to working with these talented women.”

Kerri concentrates her practice in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. She has served in leadership positions for IWIRC’s Delaware chapter, including chair in 2010. Her newly appointed term runs through October 2018.
