Kim Brown to Present on DSBA Webinar Panel – “Bankruptcy Nuts and Bolts: A Primer for Chapter 11 Cross-Training”

LRC partner Kimberly Brown will serve as a panelist for the upcoming Delaware State Bar Association Zoom webinar, “Bankruptcy Nuts and Bolts: A Primer for Chapter 11 Cross-Training” from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on June 23, 2020.

The panel will explain the basics of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. This course is designed to provide practitioners — including those whose primary practice is in other areas — with an overview of Chapter 11, from filing the petition to closing the case. Topics covered include an Introduction to bankruptcy, filing the case and the early days of the case, and restructuring the debtor by sale or plan.
