Matt concentrates his practice in the areas of Corporate Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Bankruptcy Litigation and Corporate Litigation.
Prior to joining Landis Rath & Cobb, Matt was an associate with the law firm Manion Gaynor & Manning LLP where his practice focused on Complex Civil Litigation and Products Liability. Matt graduated magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Matt served as research editor on the Widener Law Review and was a Widener merit scholar. Matt is a 2009 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College where he earned a B.A. in Government.
Matt is admitted to practice in Delaware. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Delaware State Bar Association, and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
