LRC Recognized for Peekay Restructuring Deal in 13th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards
Wilmington, DE (January 8, 2019): The M&A Advisor recently announced the winners of the 13th Annual Turnaround Awards. Landis Rath & Cobb LLP was named a winner for Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year (Over $25MM to $50MM) for the firm’s representation in the restructuring and sale of Peekay Boutiques, Inc. The awards will be presented at a gala on Thursday, March 28st at The Colony Hotel, Palm Beach, FL.
