In re: Mallinckrodt PLC, et al., Case No. 20-12522 (JTD)

In this complex, opioid-related restructuring pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware of MNK, LRC serves as co-counsel to the Unsecured Noteholders Ad Hoc Group with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP (“PW”), providing analysis and advice to the client group and PW on all aspects of the bankruptcy process with an emphasis on Delaware-specific practice and procedure, including commencement of the bankruptcy and related key pleadings, the disclosure statement, solicitation and plan processes, claims strategy and related material litigation matters. LRC’s representation is focused on facilitating a successful reorganization consistent with a restructuring support agreement to which the Unsecured Noteholders Ad Hoc Group is a party whereby all supporting holders of such notes will receive the majority of equity in reorganized MNK in exchange for their debt.
