Practice Areas: Corporate Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Bankruptcy Litigation, Corporate Litigation

Kate’s experience includes representing parties in complex chapter 11 proceedings nationwide including creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, creditor trusts and liquidation trustees, and asset purchasers.  Kate also focused on bankruptcy litigation and participated in appeals of contested bankruptcy matters.  Prior to joining Landis Rath & Cobb LLP, Kate was an associate in the Delaware office of a national firm where she advised tort claimant committees  in several mass tort bankruptcies.

Kate graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law where she focused on business and bankruptcy law.  During law school, she interned for the Honorable Judge Mary R. Walrath in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and for the Honorable Judge Sean H. Lane in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  After law school, Kate served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge John T. Dorsey in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Kate is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
