Practice Areas: Corporate Litigation
Charles concentrates his practice in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (“CCLD”) of the Delaware Superior Court. He draws from his experience in various fields of law, including corporate restructuring, criminal defense, and mass tort litigation, to provide effective solutions to complex issues for his clients.
Prior to joining Landis Rath & Cobb LLP, Charles practiced corporate and commercial litigation at a prominent Delaware firm and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eric M. Davis of the Delaware Superior Court, CCLD.
Charles graduated cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was the Bluebook Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society.
Charles is admitted to practice in Delaware.
