In re: RCS Capital Corporation, et al., Case No. 16-10223 (MFW)

LRC was retained as co-counsel, along with Davis Polk & Wardwell, to the Ad Hoc Group in connection with the chapter 11 bankruptcy of RCS Capital Corporation (“RCS”) and its affiliates, an integrated financial services company providing investment advice to retail investors through independent broker-dealers. Among other things, LRC advised the Ad Hoc Group in connection with (a) prepetition negotiations of RCS’ restructuring support agreement (“RSA”); (b) RCS’ post-petition assumption of the RSA; (c) RCS’ disclosure statement; (d) RCS’ plan negotiations; (e) litigation relating to contested plan confirmation hearings; and (f) plan confirmation.
