Travis concentrates his practice in the areas of Corporate Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Bankruptcy Litigation and Corporate Litigation.
Prior to joining Landis Rath & Cobb, Travis served as the judicial law clerk to The Honorable Mary M. Johnston of the Delaware Superior Court. Travis’ clerkship focused on cases filed in the Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division. While in law school, Travis was an intern for the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Travis earned his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law in Camden in 2014, and his B.A. from Penn State University in 2010.
Travis is admitted to practice in Delaware and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
