Holly concentrates her practice in the areas of Corporate Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Bankruptcy Litigation, and Corporate Litigation.
Prior to joining Landis Rath & Cobb, Holly was an associate with a law firm where she served as counsel to numerous Section 524(g) Asbestos Settlement Trusts. While in law school, Holly served as a judicial intern with The Honorable Sherry R. Fallon in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and The Honorable George S. Leone in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She also externed with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Holly graduated from Rutgers Law School, where she served as the Senior Commentaries Editor on the Rutgers University Law Review, in 2017. Holly is a 2012 graduate of Ursinus College, earning Distinguished Honors in both Politics and International Relations, with a concentration on the Middle East.
Holly is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Rodney Inn of Court, and International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
